A Beacon of Hope and Promise
St George's Crypt is situated in the heart of Leeds - one of England's
premier commercial centres. The Crypt was first founded in 1930, and today
provides care and support for about 150 people every day of the year.
"Entertaining Angels" is a wonderfully engaging and compelling compendium
of stories from people connected with the Crypt from those early days
in the 1930s to the present day. It is richly illustrated with archive
and contemporary photography which capture the rawness and diversity of
life at the Crypt.
